Has anyone bought abc adventure buggy direct from newzealand?

I ordered one abc adventure buggy one month ago, it still doesnt come , and buggy Company suddenly didnt answer my mail, got abit confused , does anyone bought it direct and how it's end?

Hi, I brought abc buggy direct from the company. Took at least 4-6 wks to come. I do love it. Apart from flat bloody tyres!!!

I ordered a buggy at the end of August and was told it would be with me by 19th September.
I didn't receive it and emailed to say I wanted to cancel my order if it wasn't with me by the following week as I needed it desperately.
A guy called Bruce Boyd from another company emailed to say he had taken over ABC orders as they couldn't fulfil them - I believe they have been taken to court over something.
I said it was too late to send me a buggy now (this was last week) and am now chasing Phil at ABC for a refund and he is not replying to my emails !!!

Omg- that's awful. If you paid by your credit card can you not claim??
It's not like they're cheap buggies!!

Sorry Goldie81 have only just seen your message. Yes, I have contacted my Credit card company and opened a dispute through them. Hopefully I'll get the money back before the end of the month. Still no word from Phil at ABC though.

Did you ever get your buggy or did you get a refund from your credit card? My daughter ordered a triplet buggy from them this December. ABC adventure buggy were very quick at replying by email with answers to queries, my daughter paid and was given a delivery date of Jan 27th. Since then nothing, their emails are bouncing back and the phone number on the website is unobtainable.

It is official we have heard from Phil Green that the Adventure buggy company in New Zealand have ceased trading. My daughter is now trying to get a refund from her credit card company. She is now looking at a triplet pram from Poland via eBay. Hopefully this will work out for her
