Jane Rider + Matrix Light 2 - Unstable

Hi,

We purchased the Jane Rider with the Matrix Light 2 car seat/carrycot last week. My wife says the carrycot wobbles when attached to the pushchair frame (currently offshore so can't verify myself!). Does anyone know if there are straps available to stabilise it better?

I've seen some straps in Johnston Prams & Buggies online, but it says for the Micro carrycot only. Can anyone confirm if these will fit the Matrix Light 2?

Problem sorted. I emailed Johnston Prams and they replied very quickly. They have contacted Jane for me, and the manufacturer is sending us out a set of straps for free.

Very happy with the service from Johnston Prams, even though the initial purchase was not from them. Same can't be said for Baby2k, who we did buy the pram from. Emailed both companies at the same time, and I'm yet to hear from Baby2k....
