Push / Buggy to fit in VW Touran

I am looking for a small collapsible pushchair (from Birth) that will fit in the back of a VW Touran when all 7 seats are up. Could anyone recommend one that will fit as I have spent ages hunting the net but am still unsure as to what will fit?

I bought a Quinny zapp xtra which was absolutely tiny, or a petite star zia?

Not sure if it would fit in the boot as I am not particularly familiar with that (or many) vehicle tbh BUT the Graco Evo Mini is small folding and very light. Available at Mothercare.

We considered this one but decided on the Mamas and Papas Armadillo. Both are relatively light and fold small, but the Armadillo folds slightly more compact and has 4 wheels, so felt easier to fold and sturdier IMO. However, a disadvantage is both are only forward facing, if that is a concern/issue.

… Rapunzel could you possibly tell me how wide the Armadillo is, how you are finding the suspension and how easy it is to push and steer one handed?? Ta

It is 55cm wide at the widest point (across the wheels) so easily narrow enough to fit in a standard external door, and fits with plenty of space through our internal doors. I haven't given it a thorough testing yet, as we've had it barely 24hrs and I had to work today so my DH got to take it for its first run but it seems very easy to steer one handed and DS looks comfy.

The only negatives I would say are that the big basket is somewhat tricky to access, as it is quite high under the seat, so only had a narrow opening, and the over-the-shoulder part of the harness is large on DS even though he is a fairly average sized 10mo.

DH reports that DD held his hand all the way to nursery, so he must have pushed it one-handed pretty much the entire way (although that is maybe a 10min journey at toddler pace, so not a lengthy test drive) but I hope it is more stable going up and down curbs than the B-Smart 3 given its 4 wheels.

I will write a proper review when I've given it a good run in. At the moment, I lurve it's brightly coloured pretty self but its the honeymoon period... When reality hits, I'll report back

Baby jogger city select, wheels off. You may have to put the seat unit under passengers legs though. This is what we did, but have the double version.
