Upright seat option on the new Oyster Gem?

My understanding is that there is a hammock seat front facing only option and a reversible seat option. Do either of them sit upright? I am wondering if the Gem would be a decent smaller replacement for our Uppababy Vista?

Yes both seats sit pretty upright. The small seat does, and the hammock seat does too although the child can actually pull themself slightly more upright if they wish as well. Great pushchair!
