So do I go for a 2nd hand Tecno XT or a new something else? Anyone tried a Mutsy Easyrider, Jane Be Cool or Hauck Spirit?

After my previous post I'm almost convinced that I want the Maclaren. But... as its really just for a spare/car buggy I don't want to spend much more than £100. Having been disappointed in the past with a buggy off EBay, I've been looking at some others I could get new.

Really like the look of the Hauck with its big hood, but not sure if they're a good make or not? And I liked the Mutsy but then watched a YouTube clip of it and it looked a bit flimsy! The Jane looks a good price but seems to have mixed reviews.

Any thoughts, lovely pushchair experts?!

Lost my post, i'll paraphrase. Had a be cool (not umbrella style) pushchair, quality was fair to good in line with price. Had 3 hauck products, 2 had to be returned due to quality issues - lumpy wheels, creaky frames, resistant wheels. Mutsy - no real idea, have seen in shop, looks spindly, not always bad. Have a look online at the joovy groove maybe? Haven't seen one, just looks good, good price, good reviews.

Thanks, the Joovy looks really good, I like the big hood and pockets, and yes the reviews seem very good. Hadn't heard of them before but definitely one to consider!

For a throw in the car stroller look at the Chicco London

Thanks, will check those out too.
Have also come across the Petite Star Zia 4 which I like as it doesn't look like a stroller! ( am not a stroller fan, but needs must! :) ) Only thing is it doesn't seem to have any sort of footrest, so don't know if that will be annoying when DS is a bit older. Or are they ok to just dangle?!
