Am aware this is a recognised design fault and had been expecting it to happen, but forget what I read before.
Bought my Bee+ from John Lewis in Feb 2012. Am I best contacting Bugaboo or JL? Am I just asking for washers, will they know what I'm on about? I have a feeling I never got around to registering with Bugaboo or whatever, but I def still have my email receipt from JL.
