Has anyone had or got a Hauck Eagle pushchair? I have a problem with mine and can't find anything out from Google

We currently have a Hauck Eagle. It is in parent facing pushchair.

On Tuesday we took it out and we found that the frame squeaks. We have sorted the wheels and it is definitely the frame that is making the noise. It does not feel sturdy enough to carry baby around. Has anyone had this problem before?

We don't overload it or put anything heavy on it. It is currently still under guarantee.

I would contact the retailer you bought it from,I have had 3 hauck/icoo pushchairs over the years and only 1 was problem free in terms of manufacturing defects like this. Frame creaking was a big one. Read up on your consumer rights if necessary. If it's under 6 months old the presumption is it arrived to you with the fault, it is up to the retailer to prove otherwise, over 6m and I'm not sure. They may ask you to return it for asssessment/repeair.

Baby is now 6months. We have had the pushchair since Jan but it wasn't used until March.
