hi all just wondering if anyone has got any thoughts on the mothercare vio switch? its on offer at the mo. has anyone got it? is it easy to push/manouver? whats the fold like? whats the car seat like? how easy is it to switch between the pushchair and pramette mode?

have been looking at the petite star evolve but can't really justify spending that money and then having to spend money to get another car seat. its seem similar to that.

Don't have the car seat version, just the plain stroller and I love it. It is very easy to push and move around shops. Reclines back for sleep and is big enough to take large toddler now. They put it on sale every now and then and got it for much less. Also folds up really easily and is compact in boot. Small when folded too. Can recommend.

I recently purchased the display model of this pushchair with all the extras included for £100 although baby isn't due till November, i felt this was a bargain i couldn't miss. As it was a display model it didn't come with a box so me my husband and a very active 3 year old had the chance to test out our new purchase around a busy shopping center and i must say it was very easy to push in out of tight spaces, i didn't feel like i was pushing a tank which other newborn pushchairs can feel like. It was easy to get on and of London transport with and can even be pushed one handed. Once home we played around with our new purchase easily converting pushchair from pram to buggy with out even reading the instructions. The pushchair comes with everything you will need including a very comfortable looking footmuff and a very spacey carseat complete with rain cover. the fold is amazing it folds so small that i don't see us needing another pushchair at all. Hope this information helps. xx

cool that's great thanks, can you fit the car seat on when it in pram mode or do you have to have it in pushchair mode?

you can fit it on in both modes. it's made by the same company who make the zia evolve, just branded by mothercare so it's exactly the same pram in a different colour.

brilliant thanks, it was the zia evolve I liked but was a bit out of our budget. right off to mothercare then!

if you like the zia evolve they are selling grade a returns for £169 on nurseryvalue.com. which means they are brand new still, just a thought.

FloJo151 · 09/08/2013 16:03

hmm I can only see them on there for £299?

Both the ones on the top say..

-rework a
-includes raincover
-includes car seat
