Has anyone used a hauck? whats the quality like?

I only really need a basic buggy to keep in the boot for short shopping trips etc, I have a main pushchair that I willstill be using the majority of the time.

Ive seen this online link which seems to do the job but havent seen it in the flesh.

Has anyone used one before? Or could maybe recommend one, my budget is £60 - £100 due to already having a pushchair.

Only requirements is that it reclines, has a hood and some sort of shopping basket (doesnt matter if its tiny!)

I would prefer to buy new as I have had a couple.pf bad experiences buying secondhand. Thanks for reading

In interested in the quality of Haucks as I am considering their Phil And Ted style one.

I had a Hauck for ds1, but that was about 5 years ago now. I don't know the model but is was a stroller we got in the sale for about £40. We used it aa buggy to keep in the car and had a bigger one for walking journeys. It had all the bits you mentioned, but it was better when ds1 was bigger. I think we got it when he was 6 months old (we were flying to visit family and wanted something that it wasn't the end of the world if it got damaged in the hold. It was fine, lasted, but the quality didn't seem that great at the time. Saying that though, for ds2 we got a Silver Cross Pop, and the quality is very similar despite being more expensive.

Meant to say the buggy was a bit big for ds1 when he was 6 months, but better when he was a year.

Thanks crazyhamster the other one im looking at is a mamas and papas pipi but it looks quite laid back even in the most highest position. Dd likes to be sat bolt upright.

The Pipi doesn't last long at all , your best bet would be looking on the silverCross outlet page or on eBay if you go on the 'Buy it now' listings you can usually pick a half decent buggy up for around £60 new (I got a Maclaren for £70)

I had a Hauck travel system and the quality was awful. The whole chassis snapped. Didn't even get 6 months use from it. My Mac Quest on the other hand is bomb proof.

Oh and I got mine of a local facebook group for £30.
