Bugaboo Bee+ straps - arghhhh!

I'm sure I'm doing something wrong as the straps on my Bee+ are all wrong on 8mo DD. The webbing material is horrible and gets twisted as soon as I look at it and the crotch strap is far too short. She's a chunky little thing but she's eight months old so she can't possibly be too big for it. Can someone please sort me out?

The crotch strap certainly can be too short, bugaboo will send you out a longer one... not sure about the twisty gubbins though. Hmmm.

That's interesting, what do I do to get a new one? WRT the twisty straps I was considering asking someone who knows about webbing (horse person?) to re-do them in non-twisty stuff.

You can either ask your stockist for a new crotch strap under warranty, or you can buy one from the Bugaboo website for a few pounds. However, the difference is only about a centimetre! I got mine last week and changed them over and was expecting a greater difference! It wasn't worth the hassle to get one!

As Aiden says, pull the seat fully out - base and back - and then move it back in to the correct position for your LO and see if its any better. Make the shoulder pads sit around the buckle on the shoulder straps which should keep everything straighter.

I've pulled everything out but it still isn't great so I'll take it back to JL and see what they can do. Thanks :)
