City jogger versus phil and ted sport or explorer.

For a smallish 4 year old. Does anyone know which one is likely to be bigger. 4 year old can't walk well.

I have had a p+t sport and a baby jogger double. The seat on p+t is much bigger and my 6 y o ds1 can still fit in it!

Only changed to baby jogger as the tyres kept bursting on p+t otherwise we would have kept using it.

Thank you Ariane5, we have the mini city jogger and its getting a it of dangly leg scenario. P+t is an idea as there is a 14 week old also in the mix.
