narrow, lie flat, one handed push - techno?

Hi,
am currently using a maclaren quest for dd, it is annoying me because it is too rattly on uneven surfaces, does not lie fully flat, and is tricky to push one handed (i also have ds aged 3). Will a techno be any better for pushing? Or can anyone sugget an alternative? Criteria are:
Narrow
lightwieght
lie flat
not too bumpy
i have an ancient p+t sport for proper off roading. i don't want to spend heaps - limit is about 200, happy with secondhand - but as i have already gone through, ahem, several prams i don't want yet another cheap anmoying one so ready to spend a bit extra for the perfect solution! Dd is 9 months and we are in outer london, do lots of walking and buses.

Look at the Kiddy City 'n Move if you want an umbrella fold pushchair. Otherwise the Baby Jogger City Mini is the obvious choice although its not that narrow. The Britax B-Agile is slightly narrower but I prefer the seating position of the Baby Jogger for a young baby.

Thank both will look into those. had thought about bjcm but unfecided on width (i had a britax vigour but it was too big + heavy). Would a bee noy be too bumpy on rough ground? The wheels look v small. I had a mamasa and papas urbo for ds but it was horrid on uneven pavements.

I would think for walking in London and buses, the Bee would be pretty good. Dont underestimate small wheels! But only you know where you go. You say you have a P&T for serious off roading. Theres no comparison between the Urbo (the hardest suspension pushchair I have ever pushed - it made my hands hurt) and the Bee. None at all.
