Small stroller suitable from birth?

Like most new Mums I spent a fortune on a travel system. My 11 week DS is getting fed up in his pram now as he can't see anything, yet I can't use the buggy part of the travel system till he can sit up properly. I need something lightweight that I can use for this 'inbetween' stage - and also something that I can put in the boot of the car for ease when travelling.

My parents have bought a Mothercare Mino for use at their house and they're impressed with it.

Just wondered if anyone had any recommendations as well? It needs to be fully reclining as he's only 3 months old, fit in the boot of a KA and not too expensive.

Thank you Smile

McClaren Triumph was the only thing I could find that met that spec when I was looking.

I had a Ryder before that that was half the price but sadly buggies have gone up in price due to the recession and everyone having babies.

Once you have one it won't be an 'inbetween' buggy, I can assure you. You'll be trying hard to hide your smug face when you get down the aisles of hopper single decker buses.

Thanks starlight. Just looked and it says suitable from 6 months only. Sad. I need something suitable from birth. I suspect whatever I buy will be my 'go to' stroller,.......

Sorry, meant 'techno xt'. They all look the same to me tbh, but the techno xt is from birth.

Thanks. It's so confusing, I'm new to all this baby stuff!

Oh yes. DH and my biggest rows were about car seat straps or the order to do up the poppers of babygrows.
