Hi, just looking at the BJ city mini and wondering if anyone has the bassinet attachment. How does it attach? Does the seat come off and then you attach the bassinet so it faces you? I have seen different pictures. What about the compact cot? Does that only fit in the stroller seat or will it fit on separately just with the cot? Any info greatly appreciated. Thanks

Not sure if I have made sense with my question- sorry. I want to know if I can take the seat off the stroller frame and then attach the compact carrycot to just the frame? (to create a more traditional pram) or does it only fit within the stroller?

Thanks

The bassinet attaches using adapters and can remove all the covers so it s a traditional looking pram. I did! I found the advantage of bassinet over compact carrycot is that it's higher. Fab pushchair.

Yes, the seat fabrics popper off and the compact cot attaches to the brackets under the hood ones, same ones you use to attach a bumper bar or snack tray etc.

The bassinet has a different attachment to the compact carrycot. The bassinet fits onto brackets lower down, however it actually ends up higher than the compact carrycot as desertbaby says. The BJCM looks fab with the fabrics off and one of the carrycots on.
