Raincover for BJCM GT?

Hello,

I've decided (eventually!) to get a BabyJogger City Mini GT (thanks to all who helped me months ago!).

It doesn't come with a raincover though does it? I'm unsure which to get - I saw one labelled as a City Mini GT raincover on John Lewis, but some of the reviews said it didn't really work with the GT version as the GT has the handbrake? Is there a specific GT raincover I need to be looking for, and from where?

Also, footmuffs - do the ones for the BJCM also fit the GT, or is there a specific GT version?

Thanks! :)

No, generally it doesn't come with the raincover although some places include it in the deal. GT raincover is quite tight so I was advised to get the Elite raincover, which I did and it fits really nicely.

AFAIK the bjcm footmuff fits the GT. :)

I thought the raincover was being designed to allow space for the GT handbrake....I would ask a retailer about this.

Yes the handbrake is a pain.

I use an elite raincover as well. But as mentioned above it covers the hand break which is annoying.

You don't need a rain cover for light rain. You only need it for heavy rain or snow. I have one from JL that says Baby Jogger GT but it doesn't fit very well and the handbrake thing is really annoying, I wouldn't buy it given the cost.

John Lewis stock the new GT cover with break access! Smile
