Uppababy Vista Arrived! Cot seems to wobble?

hi guys, wondering if anyone with the Vista could offer their insight. My beautiful Uppababy Vista arrived today and I still love it as much as I did in the store!

Only thing is that the cot seems a little bit wobbly on the chassis. Is it meant to have some leeway or do we have a duff cot? There also is a very very slight snag in the netting of the hood, so it's a bit weird. I can't tell if I'm just being particular, though. :)

Thank you!

Ours was the same, I think its meant to have a little leeway. They are v.sturdy though, you won't see a nicer carrycot.

Might be worth getting a replacement though if the hood has s tear

Thank you! I thought I was going crazy...I guess it has some leeway because of the suspension?

The snag is so tiny and normally I wouldn't mind since it'll be trashed beyond belief by the baby, I'm sure...but I didn't pay £600 for a slightly torn cot :\

I had a wobbly wheel, they couldn't work out why so they sent me two new ones and a new frame. Their customer service is great

Ah that's interesting - did you go through the retailer or directly through Uppababy? Did your cot stay firm or did it jiggle a lot?

I emailed uppababy directly. They use a third party company for their parts and UK customer service I think (different email address ) but they responded to emails within an hour. Carrycot was never a problem, and she slept in it every night too for the first 4 months.
