Light pushchair for holiday

Hello there. Dd is 6mo and we are about to go on holiday. We are driving so want a buggy which is light and won't take up too much space in the boot. We have an Uppababy vista which I love so this would be a "spare" buggy for holidays and maybe taking dd round the corner to nursery in when she is older (and then leaving it there all day). Since this is our second buggy we don't want to spend more than £100 on one. Which are the best ones for us to be looking at?

It's hard! We also have a Vista. It spoils you to be honest. We needed a holiday buggy too and bought a petite star zia but sold it as I just inexplicably hated it. We now have a maclaren triumph and its pretty crap too. I am thinking of getting an uppababy g-luxe as it is v.light but has full suspension, a built in sun visor like the vista plus a decent recline. The 2013 model is £195 but the 2012 model is about £110 at the moment.

Forgot to say, the idea for us being that the g-luxe will eventually replace the Vista as DD gets bigger, otherwise not cost effective.

I have a M&P Frankie, but when I bought that I was really tempted by the Kato. They are currently £69 instead of £145.

The kato folds much smaller than my Frankie, and mine tips over easily if you load it up due to the aluminium frame.

Thanks both. I'm off to check the g-luxe!!

tomato did you decide on anything? apparently the 2013 g-luxe isn't out until the end of June. But I've just come across the britax b-agile and I'm wondering if it might be a good choice!

I'm thinking the silver cross zest vogue buggy. Dh wants to get one from John Lewis in case something goes wrong. We're going to check it out on Sunday.
