How to clean a Maclaren Triumph?

I've just bought a second hand triumph for a bargainous £20. It's in great condition but smells a bit musty. It's navy blue. Can I take the seat fabric off and wash it in the machine? If I sponge wash it will it be covered in watermarks? :-/

The fabrics will come off the frame pretty easily and can go in the washing machine. The hood I would wash in the bath as well as the black straps as washing them in the washing machine can make the plastic buckles go greyish. If you hang on the line when the weather is good and it can dry quickly you shouldn't get any water marks.
