HELP! Vista washing instructions?!

DD has just done a poonami in the Vista! Entirely in it! Out the side of nappy! Can't find washing instructions... PLEASE tell me it's machine wash?!!!

You can machine wash on a handwash cycle but on the U.S uppababy website they recommend doing it by hand rather than machine.I did mine at the weekend, it was pretty easy to take apart etc
