Phil and Teds sport with toddler and (big) newborn

So far we've been using the cocoon for #2 (currently 10wks) in the lower half of the stroller with our toddler (2.8yrs) on top but the baby's almost too long for the cocoon now, so we need to change things.

Am I right in thinking that he's too little to go in the other seat? If so, what options do we have other than not using the stroller until he's bigger?? Help!

We have the same problem. Dd is 16 weeks, she is too long for the cocoon and it is too hot now the weather has changed. I tried putting the Moses basket mattress where the cocoon would go but the braces her feet against the chair and pushes herself back. Have changed it to two seats but she is not really big enough. So not sure what to do really. Have been using the sling and toddler in the buggy but this is not always convenient.

We had this. Took the coccoon out, put a cosytoes in (a random one from another pram) and did up the 5 pt harness securely. It was fine for a few weeks till dc2 was able to use the lower seat, with the zips opened to recline it slightly.

We put a sheepskin in the bottom (where cocoon would go) until DD was big enough to go in the seat (at five months). It was fine.

So it's safe to use something in the bottom bit? I was worried that the baby would bounce right out (we have a few steep steps into the apartment so the straps are needed).

I'll experiment today with our Bundle Me.
