Can you use icandy cherry attachments with pear frame

I have an icandy cherry with both the carrycot and pushchair attachments but now have another baby on the way. I really don't want to buy a double pram for the few months til toddler walks all the time so need to know if you can use the cherry bits with a pear frame. Thanks
