Peach Blossom 2... A few more questions, sorry!

Think I've got my heart set on this now, but just a few more (hopefully simple) questions...

Does the hood go up higher, or is it fixed? My DS's head was near the top (although still a little bit of growing room).

Also, I've read that it can be hard to push a tandem with toddler at the front, would that be the case here or is it not too bad as toddler is basically on top of baby?

Lastly, can you still use the basket in tandem mode, both with carrycot and once I progress to seat unit?

The hood slides up the chassis, and can even be unzipped at the rear to keep extending upwards. I have had an 11 year old underneath the hood of my Peach!

There is no issue with handling with the Peach Blossom 2. It handles superbly no matter where each child is sat.

The basket is hard to access - more so in carrycot mode. In 2 seat mode, its a case of pushing things under the seat (I used to recline the lower seat to do this) or using the front half of the basket if you need things more to hand. The child underneath can simply rest their legs on the basket contents or stretch out their feet onto the bar of the basket. I could get a weeks worth of groceries home under the Peach Blossom seats with careful packing.
