Really stupid question about Britax Vigour 3+...

Is it a jogger? Or just looks like a jogger? In short: can I jog with it?!

Was just about to get rid of mine (given second hand by a friend, never use it as - the shame - I don't like the way it looks), but then thought hang about... it looks like a jogger... Is it one?! I've had a quick nose on Google but nothing seems to mention jogging...

It says it's a jogger... but no idea how practical that is. I wouldn't jog with any buggy tbh so no help.
