Difference between Xplory V2 and V3?

Going round in ever more vicious circles here trying to get the right thing... Thought I'd settled on getting a second Uppababy Vista but the only ones I can find for sale seem to be the other end of the country...

Anyway, just found a super cheap (£150) Xplory V2 for sale. As I really, really want DD high up this seems a good option, but I'm just wondering are there any major probs with it?/ Should I hold out for a V3 (or even more ideally, the flipping Uppababy that my heart so desires!)

Thing with holding out is need to get it resolved in the next week or so as soon to be leaving the country...

Get the pushchair you want. You will always wish you had :) There's a lady on here who settled for second best and eventually went back for her first love of the Strawberry.
