Uppababy Vista... Thoughts?

Hi ladies,

What are your thoughts on the uppababy vista?

I really liked it in the shop but am worried my five minute demo in the shop isn't enough to base a purchase decision on!

Thanks x

General consensus on here seems to be that it's great as long as you are happy with the size, weight, width etc, of it.

Whether it is the most suitable thing for you individually depends on where you will use your pram, on what sort of terrain, whether you will fold a lot for the car or walk everywhere, need to use public transport, things like that.

In a general sense though most people who have them appear to be pretty happy with them.

I've been using mine for 15 weeks now and love it. We've been walking miles and miles - it pushes really well, and you can fit a ridiculous amount of stuff in the basket. Fits nicely in the boot of both cars (Audi A3 and Golf) and very easy to fold. Haven't had any issues in relation to its width - it's been easy enough to manoeuvre around shops etc so far. The floating bar at the back is also a real benefit as DH and I are both tall. Also appreciate the height of the carrycot (haven't used the seat yet) as my back is still not great post-pregnancy.

All in all I'm very pleased we chose it.

I've had mine for 18 months and I love it. I've had great customer service off Uppababy UK as well.

Been using it for 5 weeks now and love it! DD uses it as Moses basket for sleeping in the day, it copes fine with the all terrain round our area (dodgy pavements) and it fits in pram spaces on the bus with no issues. I would add that I'm not in London though and we tend to have more space on the bus in the sticks! it also fits fine in our Honda jazz.

Its probably the best spec pushchair I have tried to date. Really excellent and I love the carrycot - its gorgeous. Plus how the car seat adaptors come in the box. I don't like the fold - its a bit big freestanding ie takes up a fair bit of room. Make sure as well you dont leave it with your in laws without showing them how to use it, as some parts aren't intuitive, but they are clever. All round its great. If you like it, go for it!

Thank you all so much. The uppababy vista it is then!
