Anyone have one? If so do you like it? Do you not like it?

I need a parent facing pushchair that dd can sit up in stupid quinny zapp xtra

I have one! It really fills a niche in my pushchair 'wardrobe' Grin

It has a good sized seat, easy to recline/sit up, it's really narrow framed so good for public transport/shops, the hood is large but it doesn't pull forward even if the seat is upright so a shade of some kind would be needed in summer, the raincover zips on easily to the hood (it doesn't cover the hood so it folds very small) & it can be used with the seat in either direction unlike some Hmm, I can just about steer it one handed but not if my 15kg 3y sits in it (it's really my 5m old's), the basket is a reasonable size too.

It does fold with the seat on and with the seat in either direction but it is extremely long with the seat parent facing

I got it 2nd hand (£25) so I don't know if the little niggles I have with it are due to mistreatment from the previous owner or I would find them on a brand new one. The brake/rear wheels rattle after a little while of pushing it but pushing the brake pedal up a little stops this. The basket straps has a habit of slipping out of the hooks if you put anything remotely heavy in - when I investigated further the hooks had been warped so they didn't hold the basket on properly. If this is a common fault or from serious overloading is an unknown, of course you may not want to use yours as a packhorse Wink

I do like it a lot Smile

Ah thank you very much!

I think I shall invest then only a few problems with it which I can live with

Hopefully dd will be so thrilled at sitting up she won't want to be carried Grin

I loved ours, only draw back it's I found it a bit heavy and it doesn't fold up small when seat rear facing. And the rain cover no longer zips on, but minor niggles!

Ah thank you gin

I think all pushchairs have some sort of issue. Those issues I think I can live with.

I'm going to buy it today Grin

The quinny zapp xtra sits up forward facing but not parent facing which is such ashame because I love it but dd is constantly trying to pull herself up but when I put it forward facing she cries and turns round. Confused

There is a plum one on ebay for £120 (inc. p&p)
that's brand new. I have the grey one which is okay but I'd love a plum one. I've seen one in rl & it's a lovely colour less lurid than the internet ones!

I got one from those discount shops for 100 brand new! It's lovely colour good quality pushchair. Dd was so proud in tesco sitting up first time I haven't ended up carrying her Grin

Worth the money in my eyes
