cannot collapse the quinny buzz

i have watched the videos for collapsing this pushchair and it just won't collapse, am i missing something really obvious!!

You have to give it a good shove down, whilst holding all 3 bits, if my memory serves me.

Slide one side, squeeze the other and an allmighty push down ... It's been a while since I used it tho! Xxx
