Pram/pushchair for newborn

I was thinking of the M&P sola but have had some bad reviews of it on here, so back to the drawing board now!!

I am looking for a travel system type thing which is lightweight, the pushchair seat can be parent facing as well as forward facing, with a carrycot attachment for naps at home in the daytime as well as when out and about when the baby is young. Suitable from birth. I already have a maxi-cosi carseat, so ideally one that is compatible with this so that I don't need to buy another one.

Any ideas please?

I have a cossato giggle and can't say enough for it as it. It has a carrycot included. Like you I had the maximising car seat but it won't take it. The cossato one isn't mega expensive £90 but may get it cheaper than that. The other one is the baby jogger city versa ( not as light). There loads of new ones will you have time to go to one of the baby shows. I won't be getting anything else for a while as for the time being the giggle is perfect for nipping from place to place.

Micralite Torro do another and I keep waiting for babystyle to bring out the Gem. Sounds really light weight. The baby jogger range are all lovely.

Baby Jogger Versa, Babystyle Oyster, Mutsy Evo, iCandy Cherry or Peach, Uppababy Vista?

When is baby due? I have the oyster and dd was born in October and we've never had the carry cot as weather hasn't been good enough to be out for long periods of time. We also had the maxi cosi car seat already so it worked out a really cheap option. I love the oyster- really easy to manoeuvre and dead compact.

Due in April (well May, but will be delivered a bit early), so I'm hoping that we have a half decent spring & summer!!!
