I need a pram/buggy for DS who is 2.5
I've sold my Stokke and really regret it.
I'm not opposed to buy a proper pram again but a buggy is probably more sensible given DS's age.
Any recommendations please ?

I used a maclaren XT, when mine was 2, they were in 3-4 clothes.

Nuna Pepp?
Has a one hand fold, and honestly have never pushed a buggy that has been so smooth! Is unbelievably light and fits in the car footwell, without being stupidly teeny tiny and flimsy - looks so so comfy and has a really supportive seat.
Actually works better with a toddler in it - with a baby or younger child, it is so light that it doesn't push as well as when it has a heavier weight in it. I actually found that (whilst doing a test drive with all available children) it was easier to push my big 5YO than a friends 1YO - it seems the heavier the child, the smoother the ride! :)

I think its the Micro you mean not to buy RandomMess. The City Mini, Mini GT or Elite would all be fine. The Nuna Pepp is lovely too - its almost my perfect pushchair but has a REALLY annoying harness. The Britax B-Agile is great if you are on the shorter side. If you like your Stokke's then look at the new Scoot. I have had one for about ten days now and I really like it....but its still early days. But its a doddle to use compared to the Xplory!!

Maclaren here too. Son is 104cm too tall now. In 3-4 clothes. The warranty is voided if he is over 15kg but it was the only buggy he could fit!

We are over in Australia and the baby jogger is a lot cheaper than the maclaren which I would have naturally chosen in the UK. I could ship the scoot out but I'm worried nobody will have heard of it when I want to sell it in 18 months time as its not due for launch here for another 12 months.
I nearly bought another xplory last night.

There have been issues with the Versa and a recall, but only a small number - the first batch were affected and I believe most people who bought a Versa were so happy that they have waited for a replacement - which says a lot really about how good it is. I have the Versa GT (and have had the Versa as well) and I love them both. Fabulous pushchair - top spec, works great, folds neatly, huge seat, huge hood, loads of storage including the massssssive basket, handbrake, magnetic hood flaps, extending footrest, good harness and more.....brilliant TBH!

I never even mentioned the piece de resistance - the amazing one handed fold to flat with the seat still on in either direction PLUS the memory fold when you reopen the pushchair ie it "remembers" the position you last had the seat in!
