Mamas and Papas Zoom. Tell me how much you love or hate yours...

I put a deposit down on one yesterday. It was on offer: £450 down to £250 for the chassis, carrycot and ordinary seat.

I can cancel and get my money back if I change my mind.....

No direct experience except to say mamas and papas have an awful rep for customer service should anything go wrong but I do see a million zooms around here. Basically no idea but at least you would be getting it cheap!

Given you want suggestions, TBH I wouldnt buy anything M&P after the M&P pushchairs I have had. I am sure you could find better with a bit of advice....but like you say, you will be buying it cheap....

I have the zoom, the frame is quite heavy but in the whole it's a lovely pram. I can push it with one hand easily

I love mine. Ds looks really comfortable in it, its easy to use and a good price. We use it in town, go walking loads, over fields, gravel and mud! Had it for 8 months and used it every day with no problems.

Ooh lovely, more opinions ...albeit mixed.

I've delayed delivery until mid Feb, not due till end of March/beginnig of April, so if I see a better deal or something I prefer I can cancel but at the mo it's got everything I want from a pushchair and is a good price so, for now, I'm sticking with it.

We're happy with ours - our baby is still in it at 15 months. The frame is heavy and quite bulky, that's the main drawback. I've heard about poor customer service but haven't had any problems fortunately.

Does anyone know when the zoom is on off until?
