Out n about nipper storage bag question please

Hi, I have one of these, and it's surplus. I could do with working out if it is a single or double so I can list it on eBay ( I have had single and double nippers and it fitted both wheels off the double wheels on the single).
I am sure I bought it as a double, but want to check as I am not convinced and want to list it correctly.
Sorry to ramble, can't find the dimensions anywhere online
