Pacapod recommendations (I know it's the wrong section but....)

I want to get a Pacapod but can't decide between the Napier or the Almora. Has anybody got any feedback on either? I know this is the wrong place to post this but the changing bag section has no traffic, this section is always busy with very knowledgable people!

I adore my Pacapods - they have been worth every single penny. We have two feeding pods, two changing pods and two toy pods. As time has gone on, how we use them has changed. When the baby was first born, we had two children in nappies, plus one very sick baby so we needed tons of milk, cloths, clothes etc. So we used to have one pod per child. As time went on we combined pods so each one had a set up for both children - one would come with us, and one would be left in the car. Finally we are down to just two pods plus the toy ones, and the redundant feeding pod is making a great cool bag for my daughter's packed lunches.

What I like though is that at the dinner table, you dont need to hoik a huge changing bag onto the table to feed a baby - you just have the right pod. For changing - you don't need to hoik the big changing bag and balance it precariously on the edge of a fold down changing bag whilst you hold the baby with one hand and dig in the bag with the other. They are the perfect size and fabulous.

BUT my advice is to skip the main bag, and just buy the separate pods. I quickly got fed up of having to open the outer bag to extract the inner bag. It was far easier, and took up less room simply to fling the pods under the pushchair, or attach them to the handlebar.

Thanks Tiggy, that's a good suggestion to just get the pods. I had a Quinny Buzz with DC1 and, despite the inadequacies of the pushchair, The Buzz box bag was great as a changing bag, it clipped onto the pushchair and was small and easy to take into the changing room, it held loads of stuff too.

My thoughts is that it's worth spending a bit more for the bag as the pods sit neatly inside the bag - so useful - they clip inside or velcro in to a separate cargo section leaving a large main section all for parent things. The pods are around £20-25 each so you might as well go the whole hog and get a bag for £65-£70 as it clips to the pram and napier and almora have loads of colour choices and prints to match pram or individual style ( I think napier is a bit more compact). I've also spotted their new Oban a messenger at £70 looks lovely. I basically wouldn't have been without the bag - and the pods! Good luck deciding as there are so many lovely products around.

I have the napier, love it. Just the right size. I've had quite a few changing bags in my time and wanted a storksak Elizabeth but went for the Napier in the end and am not disappointed. They are excellent quality bags.

See I have one and find I can hardly fit anything into the main bag once the pods are in.
Mind you my pods are very full - I have DTs and can manage to fit enough in the pods for a few hours out - changing pods can take 6 nappies, 1 pack wipes, 1 pack antibac wipes, antibac gel 2 baby grows and some nappy bags. Milk pod can take 2 bottles, 2 cartons Aptimil, a snack, 2 bibs, cutlery and a collapsible bowl!! (No need for food as eat what we eat).

When I did have a bag - I had one of the extending ones and I could fit 4 pods into it.

Oh really - do you remember what that was called? Would be useful now they are getting older and need toys and stuff too?

I dont without looking it up but a few had extension sections hidden behind zips.
