Baby Jogger footmuff questions.

Do the Baby Jogger footmuffs have access for the folding strap?
Have tried reading reviews but they seem to be mixed, some say they do and some say they don't.

Mine does! Bought it earlier this year and it has a slit with Velcro foldover bit so that they still sit on the strap, and you can still access it easily to fold the buggy with the footmuff on.

Yes it does. All the bj branded stuff does, but it's hit or miss for the non branded
