BJCM or BJCM GT Double?

Hi there

I am sorry if this has already been covered but I was looking to get some advice. I am expecting ds4 and will have a 2 year old when he is born so definitely need another double.

I had a Nipper 360 for ds2 & 3 which was fab but I would prefer something with separate hoods this time. Ds2 used to refuse to have the hood up when ds3 needed it for sleeping which was very annoying. I also want something with tyres which won't puncture.

I had a P&T Vibe with ds1 & 2 which I hated.

I have a single BJCM which I love so was considering one of their doubles this time. I am torn between which version to get and was wondering what you would recommend?

Also, where is the best cheapest place to buy one? Smile

Many thanks

GT:

Pros:
-forever-air tyres

  • a handbrake instead of foot brake
  • adjustable handle
  • Slightly larger seat units

Cons:

  • Open pushchair length is 14cm longer than the BJCM
  • Weighs 2.75kg more
  • Costs £150 more.

Mothercare sells both models, and they do internet price match Grin So the cheapest place I have found it is:

Baby Jogger 2011 City Mini Double Stroller - Black/Black selling for £259.99 instead of £399.99 Grin

I would get the GT double too. So many pros to it over the regular City Mini.....very very good.

Great thanks. Good to know it is probably worth getting the GT.
