Solutions for a 8month old & 2year old

I nanny for an 8 month old baby full time and once a week for a two year. I will have school run to do to pick up the older siblings. School is a 5 min walk.

Currently I use the single pushchair/ sling for school run as only have the baby. Would I need to get a double pushchair or would I be ok with a single pushchair and a sling??

It's really up to you. If you manage with a sling now then try that and the single option first. But the baby is only going to get heavier, but it's probably not worth getting a double for just one day. If it was full time, I would say get a double. Try it and see - it's easy enough to pick a sensible double up if it's not working out.
