P&T Explorer sunhood stoppers?

I've come across a video by Kiddicare showing that a couple of 'stoppers' can be fitted on the frame of the Explorer to stop the hood popping off when folding. But no one else seems to mention these... What's the mystery? Are the stoppers an 'accessory'? Where can you get a pair?
(I'm assuming Kiddicare will only supply to those who purchased from them)
