I have sold mine on a certain auction site and the buyer is now complaining that the basket drags on the floor over bumps and she wants a partial refund as its unuseable. I did show a pic of the basket and it has a rip in the bottom but it still can be used.
They are surely well known for dragging problems and surely the buyer should have done their research re the buggy.
Should I give them their money or hold out and risk negative feedback?

That depends on how many feedbacks you have (how badly will your rating be affected by one negative) and how much selling you do. Sellers, normally, do not bother looking at buyer's ratings, while buyers are certainly influenced by seller feedback.

I would say tough as they all drag on bumps and kerbs, thats P&T for you - you could email ebay and ask for advice and tell the buyer you are doing so, but I would have thought it was obvious - especially as the underside is damaged!
mine drags on every curb and bump and has on all 4 P&T that I have owned (both brandnew and second hand)

Thanks for replies
Yes, I would have thought its obvious as the scrapes are clear to see. I have offered her a full refund so will see how that goes Sad
