Question re: Baby City Mini Jogger & Bassinet

Hi.

Currently I am putting my 4 week old in the bassinet of the baby citi mini jogger and I wondering when he can go into the pram part as its quite difficult to get around on public transport with with the bassinet and pram especially the tube.

He can go in from birth with the seat laid flat (and the harnesses tight!)
