BJCM car seat adapters

Does anyone know where I can get hold of car seat adapters for the maxi cosi cabriofix car seat to fit on to a BJCM? I have found a couple of internet shops, but have never heard of them before so am a bit reluctant to order them through there if there is an alternative.

John Lewis have them, so do Toys R Us and Kiddicare. Mothercare have them but website says out of stock, although you might get lucky in a store.

P.S. I always think your nickname refers to Milo Ventimiglia, am I wrong? :)

Got mine from Winstanley's Pramworld - think I also saw them on Boots.com and Amazon.
