Need Help With JoolZ Day Chassis Please

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone with a Joolz Day could do me a favour please? We received ours today and there is a lot of up and down play in the handle, but the really bad thing is that there is a huge amount of play in the carrycot. I have uploaded a video of this to youtube, it just seems so wobbly for such an expensive item!

Does your Joolz Day do this?

I have a Joolz but not a Day. I will check the carrycot tomorrow. But the handlebar looks fairly normal for a pushchair. The carrycot doesn't though..
