second double buggy?

For my 11 month old twins I have an out and about nipper which I love, but I'm thinking about getting a Baby Jogger City Mini Double as a smaller buggy that I can also take on a plane as the air-filled tyres are not allowed and we will be going to Canada next year, plus it will be easier to fit in the car at Christmas with all the other stuff.

When buying the buggy to begin with we were torn between the two, but went for the out and about, now I'm not sure if I really need the second one, and maybe I should get an umbrella fold double maclaren... oh I just don't know. I can almost certainly persuade dh either way but wonder if I'm just wanting it for no real reason.

Am I being daft or is it actually a good idea?

the maclaren twin is heavy and awkward compared to the out n about - not had a city mini double but i have had a city classic and an out n about and although the city classic was great I still preferred the out n about. If it was me I would prob get a cheapo umbrella fold for holiday second hand and stick with the out n about but then I go off road
