Hi. Sis is having her first baby in nov and is a bit lost. If I set out her needs, cd you please recommend?

  • not massively expensive
  • car seat to fit
  • suitable birth to toddler
  • needs to fit in boot of a mini!
  • would prefer to be able to choose which way it faces...

Any advice much appreciated :)

I am looking at the Maxi-Cosi Streety plus.

It seems to have got tis I'd the streety issues and is only £220 at Preciouslittleone.com

This includes reversible pushchair, car seat, footmuff and raincover.

Tell her she'll only find a travel system useful for first 3-4 months, then will be eager to move to a lighter weight reclining pushchair for £100-£150. I don't know a single parent that hasn't done this.

Perhaps she can get a 2nd hand travel system and a new car seat to fit.

sencond hand Bugaboo bee would work - best for urban environments though
