I am trying to change my explorer from flat newborn to the sitting up mode. Instructions seem to talk about a zip which I just can't find. I can pull the straps that hang underneath tight which raises the seat/backboard but I can't work out how to secure it in place. Please help, I want to use it tomorrow! Thank you!

when you pull ther back up with the straps the zip is there running along the bunched fold of fabric (we put ours flat as a double for the first time today and discovered the zips after walking to the pub and struggling to get DD2 in!

Please please can someone help. I am wanting to put baby into the baby section, without the cocoon, however the staps are too far down the buddy to strap LO in? Surely baby cannot just lie in the back bit without the straps on?

my cocoon had clips to attach some little straps that come out of the side of the seat (not the 5 point harness for an older child)
