Bugaboo cameleon - is it just me

or is the basket when the cameleon is in carry cot mode near unuseable? I am re-using my 5 yo cameleon with DC2 at the moment, and I don't remember the basket being this inaccessible first time round. Those first six months or so with DC1 were a bit of a haze though!

Yes it's pretty inaccessible in carrycot mode!

Yes it is, it's one of the things I'm hoping they have improved in the new version, otherwise I might have to look at something else. I only ever used mine in seat mode, in truth I don't know if I could cope with not being able to use the basket for 6 months, seems rather silly really.
