Jane solo reverse

Does anyone have one and can you tell me how the hell it folds as it appears to be to secret lol

It will be used from birth for dc2 and will be used on buses trains sometimes a well as urban walking.

I loved my bjcm with ds but it doesn't rear face and I'm limited for space and budget this time but other suggestions would be good.

Thanks :-)

I have a Jane Solo - not a reverse, but it might be the same. TBH, I think it's a big pain in the arse, and I'm glad I only paid £60 for it 2nd hand - I'll be getting rid soon.

Either side of the handle there are two grey/blue things. Pull them towards you, and push the handle together, it will only go in a little way. Above the rear wheels, use your foot to kick up the blue handle. Repeat these two things until it folds. I'd never take mine on public transport.

I'd rather a buggy that faced forward and folded easily than a rear-facing that was heavy and a bitch to fold. Even for a newborn.

Thanks will keep that in mind maybe avoid that one then!

I don't mind heavy pushchairs as my first was in an emmaljunga tank for the first 18 months before I switched to smaller pushchairs.

Its more ease of folding and size that I'm worried about.

Have you looked at the petite star njoy bubble? I haven't ordered mine yet, but there's a nice review on best buggy. It's an umbrella folding jobbie that rear faces : )

Have a look on youtube for demo videos, that's what I do with any pram I'm interested in.

mamadivazback · 12/07/2012 17:58

Lydali I've done that and there is nothing to show how it folds so it just be a pita :o

I like the look or the njoy but I'm not convinced on the build quality of petit star (find the zia really rickety) and it only rear faces with small babies I think judging by the material that holds the seat on place on the sides there is hi other seating position.

Oh I stand corrected, after reading the bestbuggy.Co.uk it would appear that does sit upright in both positions.

I do ready like the black and purple but am worried about the build quality over time.

I have a Jane Solo...I've found it perfectly fine for a stroller type pushchair...It's probably no different to a M&P Pliko pushchair.
