Buy Phil & Ted's Explorer now or wait for Navigator?

I had been planning on getting an Explorer before DC2 arrives (mid August) but I've just seen they are bringing out a new one called the Navigator, it seems better than the Explorer in that it's more compact and the doubles kit seat reclines,
Not sure what to do! The non - reclining doubles seat of the Explorer is one of the niggling doubts I had about it so the Navigator sounds better, but I don't want to be waiting months for it if there are delays, I've read somewhere that the Navigator should be available at the end of July but there aren't many shops offering pre-order, Kiddicare doesn't have a date for delivery of the Navigator at all?

I always add 2 months to any given dates. Very few manufacturers release a date and stick to it. Bugaboo seem to be able to manage it though :)

I have an explorer and I'm hoping I'll be able to buy the new parts of the navigator to fit my frame (there's a 3cm difference in width across the wheels so we'll see!). I've also read mid/end July for launch, am quite excited to see the navigator, it addresses just about all of my niggles for the explorer too, damn harness tails pee me off. I would contact P&T direct (I have a couple of times and they are always very helpful) and ask when it will be available in the UK.

I have just been looking at these as I'm struggling to decide on which double and it's the lack of recline that worries me about the P&Ts, especially as I have a feeling that dc2 might have to nap more on the go as I will have a toddler to entertain. Precious Little One says pre-order for September delivery. Might be worth giving them a ring to see how set that date is? I've not heard of the Navigator until just now. They look fab (not sure if there's some major drawback I'm missing as I'm new to doubles and not really sure what I'm looking for).
