Help please? Phil and Teds Sport v1 - metal slide on zipper snapped off!!!!

Hi

Am cleaning this up to sell and my helpful DH tried to zip up the zipper on the main seat (bit that lies flat for baby). The metal slide on the zipper was corroded and snapped off one side, the one on the other side is stuck. The teeth are plastic and in good order.

Has been kept indoors so a bit bemused as to why it has corroded!

Tried Phil and Teds website and can't find it on the replacement parts page. Has anyone else had the same problem and how did you fix it?

Thanks for your reply and the link. That is where I first looked. It's not the zip puller, I have kept both of those, it is the metal part of the zipper!

Got a reply back from Phil and Teds today basically saying I could either purchase a whole new seat (mad as the the one I have is in reasonably good condition) or I could get a new zip from my local habidashery shop.

DH has now ordered some zips off the internet and is going to fix them himself.
