B-Agile?

Just wondered if anyone knew if you could thread the ties of a buggy snuggle through the mesh bit at the top of the seat unit like you can with a Baby Jogger?

Im still searching for another pushchair and I need to be able to push it with one hand. I have already had a normal Baby Jogger which lasted 3 days despite me loving it cause the handle is just too high(Im 4ft 10!). I had already discounted the B Agile before cause my little boy looked too slumped in it but he's 6 months older now and wonder if it'd be better?

Im trying to decide between getting a Baby Jogger GT but the only thing thats holding me back is the hood looks really low and can see it annoying him as he sits in the seat or a B-Agile. If I get a B Agile Im getting from US as I really want a 3 wheeler one and I like the fact that the US version has a full hood rather than the UK one which has a mesh bit.

But I need to be able to attach a Buggy Snuggle to it and if you can't thread it through the top then it's out of the running. Don't want to go to all the hassle of importing it and then not be able to use it...DH would then actually kill me!

Hi,
I don't know the answer your buggy snuggle question I'm afraid, sorry, but just wanted to say that I have the baby jogger GT and did think when my eldest (nearly 3) was going to be in it that the hood sitting low when retracted would be a problem but it really hasn't bothered her at all. I do ask her but she says she is fine. I understand this may bother some kids, and it does bother me, but maybe if you could try your little one in it in a shop and see how he is?
Hope someone comes along to answer your buggy snuggle question soon :)

Thank you thats really helpful. I think Id prefer the GT mainly because if anything goes wrong with it then Ive got some comeback rather than the US B Agile so it's good to know the hood doesn't bother her. Why on earth have they made it that low for I don't know!

There is no shops anywhere round here that has one in stock so I can try...our local John Lewis haven't got it but can order one which might be the best idea as at least I can take it back if it's not right.

How are you finding the GT? Ive got a Maclaren Techno XT at the moment which I love but DS wants to walk a lot and I can't push it with one hand and hold onto him at the same time!

My son didn't look right in the B-Agile even at around 18 months old. He slumped terribly. My eldest at 3 looks great though.

My guess is that you could probably poke the ends of a Buggysnuggle through the mesh. This photo might help? It doesn't look any finer than the BJCM one....but dont blame me if it doesn't fit!

I would certainly look at the GT first though. Its fab. I also have reported back to Kooltrade about the lower hood and they are looking into it. My hope is that hoods will come out in future which will be higher (and can be swapped).

I do love my GT and it is great for being able to push along one handed while the other hand holding your little one. The tyres are alot better on different surfaces than the mini and the adjustable handle is great.
It is a bit heavier than the mini and therefore perhaps the agile? (not sure if that will be a major factor for you?)
But I do recommend it, especially if you loved the mini!
That would be great if they re-think the hood - I would change that - but as I say neither my 12 month old or nearly 3 year old have been bothered by it.
Do you think if John Lewis would let you order it into store and you could go there for a play with it before making a final decision? :)
