Buggy board for M&P Kato stroller?

We have an old style M&P Kato stroller (bought last year).

DS is now just over 20mo, and we are planning to go on holidays in September when he will be 23 months.

He loves walking, but gets so far and then stops as his little legs are tired (which is fair enough!) but always wants carried, which I can't do for very long - so we end up with me trying to push stroller, carry him and it's all a bit of a muddle.

I'm thinking that a buggy board may be a good alternative? He doesn't have to walk, he's still "in control" IYSWIM, and I don't have to carry him!

Has anyone got a buggy board that will work with a Kato?

I would say don't use one. M & P don't recommend buggy boards as the products aren't safety tested with them on and if your Kato gets a fault when the board is attached it isn't covered by your warranty. If its over a year old anyway warranty not so important but thought you should know.
