Buggy board for Britax B Dual?

Hi mums!!

I have a Britax B Dual from 2011 and I would like to attach a buggy board to it (with the second seat removed).

We have looked at the Lascal and according to their website both mini and maxi fit the B Dual. But when I went to John Lewis to get it, the personnel advised me to not buy it since it would not fit (??). I'm confused...

When I asked Britax directly about this, they advised not to use ANY buggy board at all since it can lead to the warranty being invalidated... So I'm asking you. Do you have any buggy board that is compatible with your Britax B Dual?

If possible, it would be great if it would also fit some smaller pushchair (like Bugaboo Bee or Quinny something) since I'm planning to buy a smaller one for shorter trips.

Thanks!

I think the issue would be fitting a buggy board behind the lower seat - I am not sure there would be room for one? Especially if the baby is laid flat in the lower seat which is really where the baby fits best.
But I will stand corrected if someone has managed it.

Thanks Tiggy! But I want to remove the lower seat before attaching the buggy board. The younger one would be facing me in the upper seat.

I regularly see locally a b dual used in that configuration with a lascal maxi... so would say it is possible. It certainly appears to be as I have seen it several times, looks secure, the board is flat etc.

We use the bottom seat as a buggy board-just lie it flat

I will definately try that! Thanks for the tip :)
We use the wheel guards to stand on at the moment. That works quite well at the moment, but it's hard for ds to hold on to the buggy after a while when he gets tired.
